Since its founding, our company has been passionately dedicated to producing the highest-quality, entirely handcrafted packaging and selecting unique gastronomic specialties for the world of luxury hospitality. Over time, and in response to market demand, we expanded our offering of sweet and savory delicacies by creating original recipes crafted directly by our chefs.

It is from this vision that TAZLAB was born—our in-house gastronomic laboratory, a place where the creativity of our chefs takes shape in unique specialties, crafted by hand with the same care we dedicate to every package.

At TAZLAB, we carefully select every raw material, source only the finest ingredients, and create exclusive gourmet specialties.

Our team researches and uses exclusively 100% natural products, free from GMOs, hydrogenated fats, artificial colors, and preservatives. Each ingredient undergoes strict quality control, and only the very best in the world are chosen, such as prized Macadamia nuts or precious Bourbon vanilla.

Once quality is assured, the real crafting begins. Our pastry chefs, Monica and Irene, express their creativity to bring extraordinary products to life. They combine ingredients in original ways and experiment with new recipes until they find the perfect ones, capable of satisfying the refined tastes of our prestigious clients worldwide.

Flavored Nuts

Our flavored nuts are made using only the highest-quality ingredients, such as prized Spanish almonds, jumbo cashews, and distinctive Macadamia nuts—already part of the TAZCLASSICS range in their natural or salted and roasted versions. The nuts are then enriched through a careful and exclusive artisanal process with refined spice blends, such as:

  • Timut pepper, a rare wild pepper from Nepal with citrus notes of grapefruit and passion fruit, and a subtle spiciness;
  • Baharat mix, a renowned blend of intense Middle Eastern spices;
  • A refined pairing of dried orange peel and whole sesame seeds.

Every recipe and every ingredient is designed to achieve the perfect balance of flavors.

Our flavored nuts, crunchy and full of taste, are ideal for elevating an aperitif in a luxury hotel and offering unexpected aromas, whether at a welcome moment or for special occasions.

Gourmet Biscuits

Our gourmet cookies include delicious cookies, refined sablés, and shortbreads with delicate and rounded flavors. Many of these sweet, crumbly specialties are prepared with fine French butter or lactose-free butter and enriched with unique ingredients such as Bourbon vanilla, flakes of prized Maldon salt, acacia honey, and many more. Each bite reveals the authenticity of the ingredients, the refinement of artisanal production, and a sensory pleasure for all the senses.

Our gourmet cookies are ideal for enhancing a luxury breakfast, offering a sweet treat for turndown service, or as a welcoming indulgence.

Salted Snacks

Our salty snacks are characterized by their intense, bold flavors inspired by ancient traditions. Our cantuccini, sablés, and savory “pon pon” are infused with the essence of iconic Italian ingredients renowned worldwide, such as Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, prized black truffle, unmistakable Pecorino Romano PDO, and Taggiasca olives.

Our salted snacks are perfect for accompanying a gourmet aperitif or for a refined, relaxing break at any moment of the day.

Collaborations With Hotel Chefs

TAZLAB is not simply a place where new recipes are created. It’s a space open to co-creation with hotel chefs to develop exclusive solutions to meet every client’s needs and continually elevate the guest experience.
