Taz di Bleu
Taz Bleu, "Blue Mountain House" in the Occitan language, was started in 1995 in Cuneo (Piedmont-Italy), an active town, rich in history and art. Acknowledged and appreciated internationally for its heritage of food and wine, the "Provincia Granda" with its alpine valleys, the hills of the Langhe and Roero, its Provençal territory, encompasses a priceless treasure of flavours.
